Routes to Work Appoint Older Workforce Adviser

Routes to Work have appointed Peter McCarroll in a new post to help assist people over 50 years old back into the workplace.  He will be primarily linking with groups and organisations that engage with this age group and from there linking individuals into the range of services that North Lanarkshire's Working can deliver, such as help with CVs, interview techniques, access to training and funding, and support for carers.  Peter can be contacted at pmccarroll@routestowork.co.uk
